Experienced in all facets of Commercial Real Estate. Started my career by spending 3.5 years with AutoZone buying and leasing store sites throughout the southeast. I was the top producer of new store sites for two consecutive years. I then worked for nearly 4 years with Federal Express Corporation in the Corporate Real Estate Department. Negotiated office and industrial leases across the U.S. including several massive built-to-suit industrial projects. I have now worked 6 years with a local family operated real estate investment company. Responsible for all sales and leasing of a 3 million square foot portfolio of Retail, Office and Industrial properties. Played key role in recent and on-going development projects from shopping centers to professional office parks. Perform tenant representation services for several local and national companies in the Memphis area. I am a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker as well as a Mississippi Real Estate Broker.
